2 ripe avocados
1-2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 lime
¼ cup cherry tomatoes, diced
½ tsp sea salt
¼ cup red onion, diced
1 tbsp of olive oil
½ jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (optional)

Mash the avocado with a hand-held mixer or a food processor.
Add in the garlic, cilantro, and lime for added flavor.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly
